I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, so if you do have to cancel your service, your appointment may be rescheduled anytime up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time (using Ovatu You App or by contacting us).
48 hours notice will be required to cancel in order to avoid any disappointment in the forfeit of your booking fee or incurring a cancellation fee. Should you no show or miss your session with less than 24 hours notice, this will incur a charge for the full cost of the treatment. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge.
